There are frequent direct flights to all the most important European cities as well as convenient intercontinental connections.<\/p>\n

Florence Airport \u201cAmerigo Vespucci<\/em>\u201d is only 5 km from the city centre. Bus and taxi transportation is available between the airport and city centre. A bus connection (Volainbus) is operating from the airport to the city centre (main railway station) every 20-25 minutes.
\nThe Pisa Airport \u201cGalileo Galilei<\/em>\u201d (80 km far from city centre) is served by several international airlines and is connected to Florence by a shuttle train operating every hour. The trip takes approximately 1 hour.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>The new high speed trains conveniently and comfortably connect the main railway station \u201cSanta Maria Novella<\/em>\u201d to major European cities. Eurostar trains connect Florence with Milan (2 hrs approximately) and Rome (1 hr and 30 min approximately).<\/p>\n

When you arrive in Florence, take the exit \u201cFirenze Nord<\/em>\u201c, highway A1 and follow the signs \u201cCity Centre<\/em>\u201c.<\/p>\n
